Application of ES fiber in the field of nonwoven fabrics:

1. ES fiber is an ideal thermal bonding fiber, which is mainly used for thermal bonding of nonwoven fabrics. When the carded fiber web is thermally bonded by hot rolling or hot air through-through, the low melting point components form melt adhesion at the intersection of the fibers, and after cooling, the fibers at non-intersections remain in their original state. This is a form of "point bonding" rather than "area bonding", so the product has the characteristics of fluffiness, softness, high strength, oil absorption, and blood absorption. In recent years, the rapid development of thermal bonding is entirely due to these new synthetic fiber materials.

2. After ES fiber is mixed with PP fiber, it is needle-punched or thermally bonded to make the ES fibers cross-linked and bonded. This method has the advantage of not needing to use adhesives and backing cloth.

3. After ES fiber is mixed with natural fibers, artificial fibers, pulp, etc., it can be greatly improved through wet nonwoven processing technology to improve the strength of nonwoven fabrics.

4. ES fiber can also be applied to the spunlace method. The fiber web is entangled with each other after hydraulic puncture. When drying, the curl of the fiber makes it twisted with each other instead of melt bonding, forming a non-woven fabric with stretch properties.
